BUILDING WATERPROOFING WITH COLD-APPLIED SELF-ADHESIVE MEMBRANES
The main component of the System PCI BT 21 is the cold-applied self-adhesive waterproofing membrane PCI BT 21. This product consists of a two-layer tearproof special foil and a strongly adhesive bitumen-rubber waterproofing compound. Thanks to the use of a special primer, the system can also be applied safely at temperatures as low as -5°C. Basement waterproofing using a self-adhesive membrane is recommended for projects where large surface areas need to be covered in a limited time, as only one layer needs to be applied and it is not necessary to wait for products to dry. The System PCI BT 21 is radon-tight.

PCI BT 26 – Water-dilutable bitumen-rubber emulsion as a primer under cold-applied self-adhesive membranes, strips and tapes, alternatively PCI BT 28 – solvent-based primer for cold-applied membranes, especially for low temperatures and damp substrates

3. Surface waterproofing (W1):

5. Upper edge:
PCI BT 42 – Fixband B 100 / B 150, self-adhesive butyl sealing tape with nonwoven plastic backing on one side
6. Insulation board adhesive
PCI Pecimor DK – Bitumen adhesive for insulation boards on external basement walls and foundations
7. Waterproofing under walls (W4) and waterproofing of foundation walls (W4)

BUILDING WATERPROOFING WITH POLYMER-MODIFIED THICK BITUMINOUS COATINGS (PMBC)
The System PCI Pecimor features tried and tested thick bituminous coating technology and ensures that buildings in contact with the soil are waterproofed in accordance with the applicable standards. All the requirements faced by a PMBC waterproofing system can be met with only two waterproofing products. Both PCI Pecimor 2K and PCI Pecimor 1K can be applied easily, with little force. They have been tested by independent test institutes and resist dissolving by soft rainwater.
In addition, waterproofing with PCI Pecimor 2K is radon-tight.
